A famous model of pioneering ecological farming in Europe, the Bec Hellouin Farm is the life’s work of Perrine and Charles Hervé-Gruyer. The approach used by Perrine and Charles is based on the techniques of natural farming and especially permaculture, a technique of nature-led cultivation.
The World Human Forum assisted to the publication of the book in Greek and to the raising of awareness around this method of cultivating that can “heal the Earth while feeding the People”.
