Mily Paschali

Save the Date: Operations Director

Mily Paschali studied Psychology at the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens and got her master’s degree in Cultural Management from Northumbria University, Newcastle. 

She has more than 20 years of professional experience in the cultural sector, which covers all aspects of production and live performances. She was the Artistic Director of the Stavros Niarchos Foundation (SNF) until 2021. She curated the Summer Nostos Festival for 7 years in which she presented more than 400 unique events and collaborated with more than 2,500 Greek and international artists.

Before joining the SNF, she worked for 14 years at the Athens Concert Hall during which she held various positions of responsibility, until she was appointed Assistant to the General Manager.

 From August 2022 she is a consultant for the project management of the Somewhere Places Initiative of the Community Arts Network (CAN), a global network concerned with Arts for social change; CAN is a joint venture of Porticus and Hilti Foundation.

 She is a member of the Board of Directors of the George Zongolopoulos Foundation.

 Festivals are her passion, which she views as a great opportunity for the fruitful interaction of diverse audiences with unique art forms.
